1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
Juice of one lime
1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
Salt to taste
Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse and blend until mixture becomes a smooth paste. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve at room temperature or chilled with tortilla chips or fresh veggies. May be held in refrigerator for up
