Tacos

Taco filling
1 pound ground chicken or turkey
3 cloves garlic
1 can pinto beans
½ box Pomi chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder (get recipe!)
½ teaspoon salt
Sautee chicken or turkey in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and stir, cooking for 30 seconds. Add cumin, chili powder, and salt and cook for another 30 seconds. Add pinto beans and tomatoes. Simmer until tomato reduces and juices are absorbed into the mixture, about 5 – 8 minutes. Serve in fresh tacos with other toppings of your choice. Spritz of fresh lime juice
