Low Histamine Turkey Breakfast Sausage

1 pound ground turkey
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg*
1 teaspoon salt
In a small mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Form into patties about 2 inches in diameter. Fry on medium-hot griddle until all trace of pink is gone from the meat. Serve with pancakes.
*Omit nutmeg if you have a sensitivity to histamine in foods.
